Human Resources Manager

Our client is a regional distributor of cutting-edge medical technology with the head office in Riyadh and offices throughout the Middle East. They are currently recruiting for an experienced professional to be a strategic business partner within KSA with potential for the role to grow into a regional position in the future.
The right candidate will provide proactive human resources support to Managers and employees through effective programs including talent management, succession and development plans, staffing, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and retention using best practices. To be considered for this role, you must be able to fluently communicate in all forms of English and Arabic including speaking, reading and writing. The ideal candidate must have a solid HR generalist background with at least two to three years HR management experience within Saudi Arabia, ideally with previous Western exposure and a qualification in a HR related field with an MBA being a major advantage. http://www.charterhouseme.ae/
