• Source IT candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, through referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, referrals, and user/technical groups.
• Screen and build a constant pipeline of IT candidates.
• Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, and negotiate compensation.
• Meet or exceed monthly recruitment target. The above candidates will have: Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution. Minimum of two years experience with at least 1 year in the UAE.
