Contracts Analyst Oil & Gas - JAFZ

Reporting to the Legal Counsel, you will be involved in reviewing negotiating and drafting contracts for major oil and gas contracts, drafting and communicating exceptions to tender documents, monitoring purchase orders and ensuring contract compliance with company policies. You will identify contract improvements, generate reports and manage the maintenance of contract files. The successful applicant must have a minimum

of 3 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, with 1-2 years experience in contracts review and client negotiation. You must hold a recognized Degree in Law with prior experience in negotiating with clients. Contracts experience and client negotiation exposure absolutely essential.
