- Experience with RFPs (Request for Proposals) will be valuable.
- Drafting clauses; negotiating the contracts; as well as dispute resolving and strategy planning are also going to be a daily part of the job
- Calculating bidding for project costs
- Organising the team for commercial bidding and contract negotiation
We need a candidate with the following knowledge:
- A field of international contract commerce.
- Master Turnkey contract terms and FIDIC contract terms
- Commerical environments and regional markets and operators’ models
